By accessing or using FindASub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

FindASub is a sports game coordination platform that helps organizers fill spots in their matches by sending SMS invitations to their contacts. The Service is designed for Tennis, Pickleball, Golf, and other recreational sports.

SMS Messaging Terms

FindASub Messaging: You agree to receive transactional SMS notifications regarding sports matches you have been invited to. Message frequency varies based on game activity. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for assistance.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Match invitation messages from organizers
  • Confirmation messages when you join or leave a match
  • Updates about match status changes (e.g., time changes, cancellations)
  • Phone verification codes for account security

User Accounts

To use FindASub as an organizer, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Verify your phone number
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages
  • Upload contacts without their consent to receive sports invitations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Subscription and Payments

FindASub offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free users receive a limited number of SMS credits. Paid subscribers ("Pro") receive unlimited SMS invitations.

  • Subscriptions are billed yearly through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FindASub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindASub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
